International Shipping Notice:
Customer Responsibility for Import Duty, VAT, or Other Taxes Outside of the US:
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
So you want a new/different Product that fits better, is a different style, etc…
We care about the needs of our customers and fans. We’re more than happy to take back/exchange product that doesn’t fit you correctly or that was a gift and isn’t quite your style. We understand these things and want our fans looking good. Most importantly, we want you wearing our product, so it does us no good for you to leave your shirt hanging in your closet. So hit us up via our contact form and let us know what the issue is. We’ll send you instructions on how to send it back and how we’ll replace it.
Just make sure youre return/exchange meets these requirements
1) The Piece remains in unworn, high/sellable quality- If someone’s been out wearing the shirt and sweating in it… we can’t re-sell it, thus we will not accept it. Unworn means that you’ve tried it on, maybe even stepped foot out of your house with it to get the mail, but quickly decided you weren’t feeling it. It means that neither you, nor your friends, nor your dog has sweat in it or rolled around on the ground in it. The product needs to look, feel, and smell like it’s brand new.
2) You Pay Shipping- As much as we would like to be the company that pays for our customers shipping all the time, we want to stay in business more. This means we can’t go broke and put our company under. So you pay for return shipping and replacement shipping on all exchanges/returns (unless noted below).
3) You must wear your new product with pride, vigor, and passion, spreading the name of Kavadba and Elevated everywhere you go- If we’re sending you a new shirt, we want you to love it, and we want you to spread it. So please do. Otherwise what’s the point. We obviously want to be your favorite brand, so let us be.
The issue is a damaged product?
If the product has a defect that is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we’ll take care of you. Given that there is an issue with a product you’ve recieved, simply let us know. We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label, you send back your product, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
*Please don’t intentionally ruin your product just to get a new one… that would bum us out.
